22 Years As A Coach And Leader

Because I spent 22 years in the Navy as a officer and a leader.  This, alone, doesn’t mean a whole lot.  However, I found I could help many more people succeed by being their “coach” versus just trying to be their friend.  By making junior officers my “proteges” (in a sense), I successfully “coached” many more people to successful careers than the average officer of my times.

Then I had to re-learn this the hard way.  As I started online, I thought I could do this alone.  You know, with just a few courses, and an endless drive for success.

As it turned out, this wasn’t good enough.  Throughout my own career, I always had guidance – or a coach (so to speak).  But I never really understood this, until I was all but penny-less and barely with a home.

Getting my business started successfully became a nightmare.  I had to succeed, yet I couldn’t seem make anything work.

My frustration level was pegged to the max… but I wasn’t going to quit.

Finally, I gave in to what other successful entrepreneurs had told more, but I didn’t want to hear; I got a coach.

It wasn’t easy.  I tried several.  All were expensive.  Most didn’t listen to a word a said.

I Just Wanted To Quit

I didn’t give up.  I kept up the search, and then I found Eben Pagan and his assistant, Carol Baker.  That’s how it all came together.  I found the right coach.
