About Me

Wayne Sharer is a proven leader, expert digital marketer, author, international speaker.  A retired U.S. Navy officer, he commanded a combat, E-2C squadron, and served as the chief operations officer of a 5,000+ crew aircraft carrier during the launch of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001.  After retiring with 22 years of service, he began mastering digital marketing and began a business in digital marketing consulting.  His signature strategy is the RepFluence Marketing Method.  He’s the author of 4 books available on Amazon and other major book markets.
